wide awake...for a moment

day 16 - 06.10 : so i think inefficiently text will often follow days after photos have been posted. After almost 3 solid weeks of anticipating my needs, running me to and from the hospital because I had no driving privileges, visiting the baby, and outfitting me and Pepper with new clothes--(I think even Jason got a new shirt thrown in there) my mom had to return to Mississippi where I think my dad had forgotten that she lived. Selfishly I wanted to keep her--nothing like waking up to your mom on the porch with her cup of coffee and bible--already on a first name basis with the garbage men and morning runners. Here she is only laying a light finger on Pepper since she has reached the "touch me not period" where all of her numbers go haywire when approached. Wonder what she'll be like as a toddler...goodbye nonna for now.
