So since the last post--somewhat somber in tone--things have again headed uphill. For this we are thankful. Pepper was moved back into the stepdown unit after 2 days with no bradys, and to my great surprise upon arriving yesterday morning--she has been taken off of oxygen again. I think they know she can hang with the big kids. So we are giving it a go again. Back to bright lights and loud sounds (the atmosphere of the north unit). We are still holding our breath a bit, but I'm not sure that will ever go away.
